Welcome to Jazzatalk. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Jazzatalk.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Jazzatalk. By signing up you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Account & conduct
You're responsible for the activity on your account. Don't post hateful, harassing, illegal or sexually explicit content. Our automated moderation (JazzaBot) and human moderators can remove content and restrict, suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant Jazzatalk a non-exclusive licence to display your messages within the service for the purpose of running the chat platform.
Service changes
We may add, change or remove features at any time. We may also suspend or terminate the service if needed. Where reasonably possible, we'll let you know in advance.
No warranty
Jazzatalk is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of football data, or that the platform will always be available.

Privacy Policy
We only collect what we need to run Jazzatalk: your email and authentication details, the nickname and display name you choose, your followed clubs and players, your messages, and basic presence information (when you were last online).
How we use your data
We use your data to provide chat, friend connections, content recommendations and moderation. We don't sell your personal data to third parties.
Third parties
We use Lovable Cloud for hosting and database, and API-Football for fixtures and team metadata. Football club badges shown in the app are sourced from third-party providers and remain the property of the respective rights holders.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, change your followed teams and players, manage notification preferences and request account deletion at any time by emailing us.

IP & Trademark notice
All football club names, badges, logos and trademarks are property of their respective owners. They are displayed on Jazzatalk for identification and informational purposes only under nominative fair use principles. Jazzatalk makes no claim of ownership over any club badges, logos or trademarks. Rights holders with concerns should contact admin@jazzatalk.com and we will respond within 48 hours.
Badges are never used as the primary visual identity of the app, never combined with each other, and never used to imply endorsement or affiliation. They appear only as small identification labels next to the corresponding team name.
