Welcome to Jazzatalk. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Jazzatalk.
Legal entity
Jazzatalk Ltd (Company No. 17222403, ICO Registration ZC149052), a company registered in England & Wales with its registered office at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, operates the Jazzatalk service. References to "Jazzatalk", "we", "us" or "our" in these Terms refer to Jazzatalk Ltd.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Jazzatalk. By signing up you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Account & conduct
You're responsible for the activity on your account. Don't post hateful, harassing, illegal or sexually explicit content. Our automated AI moderation system (JazzaBot) monitors all rooms and groups. JazzaBot can remove content, issue warnings, and restrict, suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these rules. There are no human moderators — all moderation is handled by AI.
AI features
Jazzatalk includes Tiano, an AI football assistant powered by third-party AI models. Tiano's responses are generated automatically and do not constitute professional advice. Tiano may analyse images, video and audio content you choose to upload. By uploading content you confirm you have the right to share it. Do not upload content containing other people's personal data without their consent.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant Jazzatalk Ltd a non-exclusive licence to display your messages, images, voice notes and other content within the service for the purpose of running the platform.
Jazza+ subscription
Jazzatalk offers a premium subscription tier called Jazza+. Subscription fees are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with UK consumer law. We reserve the right to change Jazza+ pricing with reasonable notice.
User generated content & voice rooms
Jazzatalk includes live voice rooms and text chat rooms. You are responsible for everything you say or share in these spaces. Jazzatalk is not liable for content posted or spoken by users. We reserve the right to record, review and act on content that is reported or flagged by our automated systems.
Service changes
We may add, change or remove features at any time. We may also suspend or terminate the service if needed. Where reasonably possible, we'll let you know in advance.
No warranty
Jazzatalk is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of football data, or that the platform will always be available. AI-generated content including Tiano responses may contain errors and should not be relied upon as factual.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Privacy Policy

What we collect
We only collect what we need to run Jazzatalk: your email and authentication details, the nickname and display name you choose, your followed clubs and players, your messages and chat history, voice notes and audio recordings you send, images and video you upload to Tiano or group chats, basic presence information (when you were last online), and Tiano conversation history including any media you share with Tiano.
How we use your data
We use your data to provide chat, friend connections, voice rooms, content recommendations, AI-powered features including Tiano, and moderation. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
AI data processing
When you use Tiano, your messages and any uploaded images, video or audio are processed by third-party AI providers. These providers process your content solely to generate responses and do not use your data to train their models under our agreements with them. Tiano conversation history is stored securely in our database and is accessible only to you.
Third parties
We use trusted third-party services to operate Jazzatalk: cloud hosting and database infrastructure, authentication and file storage, football data and metadata, AI and machine learning processing, push notification delivery, payment processing, and transactional email delivery. Football club badges shown in the app are sourced from third-party providers and remain the property of the respective rights holders. A full list of our data processors is available on request.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, object to processing, and request data portability. You can edit your profile, change your followed teams and players, manage notification preferences and request account deletion at any time by emailing us.
Cookies
Jazzatalk uses essential cookies required to operate the service. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
